I had the tv on ESPN and they told about a guy that was doing work at the new Yankee Stadium took a Boston Red Sox baseball jersey and buried it in some concrete that had been poured. Word leaked out about it and today some guys drilled through the concrete and pulled out the Red Sox jersey.  Hank Steinbrenner, George's son, was furious. He made the comment about potentially filing a lawsuit against the guy that placed the jersey there.

Now here's the catch: the guy that placed the jersey in the concrete was born and raised in the Bronx, (home of the Yankees), but is a HUGE BOSTON RED SOX FAN!!!!

How can he be born and raised in the Bronx, and be a Red Sox fan? To me, it sounds like the guy is a really smart man, (not to pull for the Yankees!!!!) LOL!!!

Do you think that Steinbrenner should file a lawsuit on this guy or should it be just for fun? Let me know what ya think!!!

i think it's pretty funny myself. too bad word leaked about it. wouldn't it have been cool in 50 or 60 years when they tear it down to build a new stadium to have found the jersey then.

I don't think a law suit should be brought on, but the company that hired this "moron" should pay for the expenses! Or better yet, put him to work as a hot dog vendor at the new stadium, and have him wear the jersey! LOL!!

I think it is pretty funny, too! Why do lawsuits have to be the first thing EVERYONE brings to mind over the 'stupidest things'? It is 'sports' people in NY and elsewhere, he didn't give a lethal injection, steal money, rob, or murder anyone!!! Give me a break!!!

Why couldn't the guy have buried Alex Rodriguez? $35 billion a year and he went at least 0 for 3 against the BoSox Sun. night.

Hank Steinbrenner. Sheesh. Guess you can't beat genetics.

Why stop with A-Rod,(ain't talking about FOX8's A-Rod!!) why not bury the entire Yankees team!!! The Yanks getting Alex Rodriguez was a BIG JOKE!!!

This new stadium is big enough to bury the whole team, plus the Boston team! LOL!! When is Boston going to tear down that "rat trap" they play in, and build a REAL STADIUM??

Look fellas, leave the Yanks alone. That is until Boston can catch up on world series wins than they have.
