As a Catholic, I was very pleased to see that Father Albert Gondek was cleared of all charges of sexual abuse. It would seem that none of the allegations that this man was accused of were not wrought out. Granted, I'm sure that there are some men who do not belong in the priesthood, but that doesn't make all priest's the monsters that some people make them out to be. As with all faiths, we Catholics do alot of good .We serve mankind as well as any other faith. However, many  seem to only focus on our mistakes, and short comings. We love God as much as any other Christian faith. I think the time has come where we should all realize that we all serve the same Master and focus on doing what He told us to do. Loving one another being right underneath loving God first. I know that there are many people out there who already practice this. Those of you who do, no matter what your faith, are the true followers of Christ.

I am glad when any innocent person is cleared of a charge. I am especially glad when the proof of innocence is absolute fact and not a technicality. If the priest wasn't at the camp, he couldn't have committed the crime.

I too was glad to see that Fr. Albert was cleared. We Catholics seem to get a bum rap everytime we turn around. All religions have their problems within. however, we seem to be more newsworthy than a lot of others. I was so glad to see the report that was way different than what most people expected. Thank you for your post on this matter.

As a Minister/Evangelist my self, I am glad to see The Priest cleared of all charges. We here on this earth have only ONE GOD that loves all and does for give our sins if we ask him. Maybe its time we Preachers stop using the Catholics as an examples in the pulpits and look at our own ways, so I say this to you Catholics brothers and sisters May God Bless each one of you.
