Thomasville Water Restrictions

Thomasville is thinking about canceling the mandatory water restrictions that they were going to enforce on Nov. 1st.  I don't think this is a good idea.  Yes, the rain has helped put water in the lakes, but what if we don't get rain again for another month or two?  We need to conserve now so we don't get in this situation again.  What do you think?

This blog had no comments so I thought I would make one. Just to say hello and say we have had a good amount of rain since this blog was posted. We need more rain before the hot summer.

I am a wife and a mother. My daughter just graduated after 13 years of homeschooling and my son will be a Jr. in the fall. We are entering our 14th year of homeschooling. God, my family, and my church are the most important things to me. I grew up in PA, but my husband is from NC. We moved here after my daughter was born. We have lived here in NC for 18 years and I would not want to live anywhere else. I was a Plan Administrator of pension plans before moving here and becoming a full-time stay-at-home mom! I am now working part-time at a daycare to help my daughter through college, but I still plan to continue homeschooling my son in the fall.
