NEW YORK - Barbara Walters says she has been contacted by Britney Spears' manager and "very good friend," Sam Lutfi, who says the pop singer has seen a psychiatrist.

Lutfi told her the 26-year-old pop singer "is suffering from what he describes as mental issues which are treatable," Walters said Monday on ABC's "The View."

I agree they are treatable.  Might I recommend amputation just below the chin?

Anyone with me here?

cook-man, think about this: If they sent her to boot camp, they'd make a TV series about it and she'd make another $100 million to blow on drugs and dudes, and then would come more unfortunate children.

Now, a stint in Gitmo - that may be the ticket...

I'm sorry it took me so long to respond, cook-man; I was bawling my eyes out.

NOT!!!!

Maybe now she'll get the help that pimping herself out needs and maybe as a bonus she'll be out of the news for a while, providing Dr. Phil keeps his chrome-dome out of her case.

Okay, guys. Brittany is getting just too much attention! I say let the brat rot in her own filthy habits and figure out, on her own, how to get out of the mess she's in. That's what us poor folks have to do...figure it out and pay for our mistakes! My heart bleeds for her...NOT! God help us if that little brat has more unfortunate children.
