The new power phase is “Free Market Society”.  Free Market Society, replaces the word Democracy. You’re going to hear it a lot more in the coming months. Iraq isn’t a democracy; they are a Free Market Society. Free Market Society means less government, (really less government regulation) less government means more U.S market globalization. The more global corporations can take from America, the richer they become. Where are they building their wealth from, the middle-class? "They" are not taking money from the rich or poor, (The rich are too smart and the poor don't have money) they are taking it from the middle-class. Allowing Free Market Globalization is like an hour glass, the more sand that leask out to the bottom, the emptier the top becomes. We are the top of the hour glass, and the only way to fix it, is to flip it upside down and pour the sand back to our side. The diminishing value of the dollar is a direct reaction to Free Market Globalization.  Less government regulation means higher gas costs, more jobs sent out of the country and less laws to stop it. For foreign investors to take more American money, the dollar has to diminish more, there has to be less regulation, and the middle-class dollar has to be closer to a third world currency.  If we allow a Free Market Society to replace Democracy, then you open up your middle-class paycheck to the world like spam.

Nice post Douglas. The trilateralists know no bounds to their power. They are pushing this down our throat and we aren't doing anything about it. Before you know it there won't be three different governments in North America, there will be one North American union built under one currency. Thats what the trilats want so they can control it.

The white middle class in America has done this to ourselves. We have sat back and keep voting in politicians that care nothing about us and worship the rich and the powerful. It is too late for America. We have sold ourselves down the tubes and our children and grandchildren are going to reap our stupidity.

I shall not live another 25 years. If I would return and see America in another 25 to 50 years, it will be nothing like it is now and absolutely nothing like it has been from WW II to 2000.

Americans do not totally understand what Bush has done to this country. their children will.

Bush may be a part of it but let's not forget Clinton. And whats really scary is that people actually want to put another Clinton in office.

Keep voting for the upper-class tax cuts people--this is the best way to make sure the middle class continue to bear the greatest tax burden. If you make more that $200k a year, by all means, vote Republican. But most of the people I know aren't rich enough to be Republicans.

The facts are that the top 3% of moneymakers pay 97% of the taxes so how is the middle class bearing the greatest burden? However, for get Democrat or Republican and vote for the person that will pass the "Fair Tax." American jobs will come back and we all will pay equal tax. How can anyone be against it?

The fact is that 2% of the population controls 98% of the wealth, so tell me do you see a problem with that? When an oil company can boast of 300 billion in profits and yet you still defend the rich? With your broke ass Just-Me-07. It is amazing you people don't realize you don't have the funds to be a real republican living from pay check to pay check asking the question what will you do with the tax refund little bush is going to give you, well guess what my family will not get any of that money but I pay taxes but my tax money is going to you folks so you can go out and buy more products made in china little bush has made fools of you all!

So Axe, you are rich enough to be a Republican, great for you. I am a Democrat but more than that, I am an American. I still believe that everyone has the right to the American Dream of owning their own business and with that, making a profit. Why should anyone be punished for living the dream. Bill Gates, for instance. He was not given anything by a rich relative or the government. He happened to develope something that was up and comming and he made billions from it. I am happy for him, not envious of him. I wish I could do something equally as well but why should the money that he worked for be stolen and given to someone that is too sorry to work. Also, if you are as well off as you claim to be, you must be paying a bundle in taxes every year and that must really get to you, especially with the way you feel about the government. That, or you're lying to make people think that you are one of the ones supporting the lazy instead of actually telling the truth that you are one of the lazy. Not accusing, just surmising.

If make over 75,000 or 135,000 combined you will not get the rebate and if you think that salary range makes you rich well you will miss your dream. Paying taxes does not bother me I work in a support role I don't physically produce a product and many on the floor techs where I work consider support useless until they system fails then they whine for my skills such is how we treat big government we want small government until the BLEEP hits the fan then we whine for it's help. Bill Gates and the super rich run from the nation that they made their money, and give freely all over the world yet turn a death ear to the huge mammary gland that they sucked their fortune from! I’m not rich so I’m not a republican but when I do become rich I will become a republican and I will fight every break designed for the little people. In the words of “The Donald” how much is enough “Just a little bit more”.
