age limit of competitors in olympics

I am wondering, what is the min. age limit for the olympics? i thought it was higher than 16. about all the chinese are 15. if it is higher than that they need to enforce the rule. also,they should have had a tie breaker in the gymnastics uneven bars.they cheated the usa out of a gold medal 8/18. i guess we are so good that's the only way they can get the gold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
