Who knew movie stars do eat. George Clooney and Renee Zellweger raved about the Southern hospitality here in the Piedmont and the good food.  He had me at "aaw the BBQ love the BBQ" 

Zellweger is skinny, but not scary skinny. She looks healthy. I couldn't help but notice her amazing 5 inch stiletto's. (They did wonders for her legs. If I had a pair. I'd never take them off.) She looks like she runs 5 miles a day, and she says she downed some country fried steak here in the Carolinas.

You know how some people are attractive, because they have such a wonderful personality. Clooney has that, on top of his good looks. He really is one of a kind. The man is hysterical. Everything he said was funny. He treated a room full of strangers like he'd known us all for years, and no public figure likes a press conference. I'd say what you see on the big screen is what you get in real life.

Zellweger on the other hand seemed very reserved, almost shy. She let George do most of the talking. He just takes over and he's so magnitizing that all you want to do is listen... even if you're a movie star. I tried to get her to let her guard, but she laughed it off.

I will admit. I did get some butterflies. I even thought about maybe not asking any question for once, give the other reporters a chance, but I did muster up the courage to ask a few. Check them out in the web extra.  After the presser, a few reporters came up to me and said, "I was going to ask that." I was kind of hoping to get a picture with Mr. Clooney, but secretly relieved, that I didn't have to ask him for one. I really  just wanted it to put on my desk and drive Julie Luck crazy. I had to arm wrestle her for the assignment. Just kidding. She's a closet Clooney fan. He's the real deal. I'm sure, I'll be telling the story of how I got to interview George and Renee until Thanksgiving. All in a days work.
