No Joke!

Third Graders Plot to kill teacher busted!

Why does the Cartman in me wonder what did this teacher do besides punish a kid for standing on a chair to make them plot her Death. Why does this worry me and amuse me at the same time? In the eighth grade we had a mean teacher. Myself and another friend went to the guidance counselor and came to the conclusion we as a class should confront her in class and talk to her about her miserable attitude. It helped!

I am still waiting for Neill McNeill to tell me “April Fools” however, the news has been off for a half hour now. Still, there is no Special Bulletin.

I just saw it again on cnn and it's all over the net.  Why do I imagine an A.D.D. Third Grade Girl standing on a chair with a rusty blade between her teeth, then pulling it out and waving it in the air screaming REVOLT!!!!!!!

I am so glad these children were caught before anyone was hurt. I pray they get the help that they need.

The entire cartoon keeps running through my head. I see the entire dysfunctional special needs class circling the teacher as he/she is tied up with duct tape in The Teacher's chair. The Teacher has a chalk eraser stuffed in his mouth, the intercom disabled. As it was theme day the kids are dressed as pirates, gangsters, cowboys, native americans,Robin Hood's merry men. The SWAT leader throws a phone in the window and asks for the ring leader!

While this is shocking it is not all that surprising. When God is removed from our public schools, they reap what they are sowing (secular humanism, evolution, de-valuing of life, no moral absolutes).

You know, this has gotten, in the words of the Armed Forces and Veterans, "FUBAR"! HOW COULD A PARENT NOT NOTICE THE PROBLEM THAT THE CHILD WAS HAVING, WHETHER MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY??? What are school 'guidance counselors' for? Didn't the teacher notice a 'problem' with the child? What is this child seeing AT HOME to make her/him think that MURDER was the only recourse to settle a problem or disagreement? It reminds me of so many 'under-aged' individuals that believe (and are usually correct) that they will not receive the same repercussions that an adult would; such as life in prison or the death penalty! This was a 'premeditated murder' that didn't happen! So, this child will be placed in the 'juvenile detention system' until they turn 18, and then be released with more knowledge of how to commit crimes than they had before they were institutionalized! What has the world come to?

ShaneKSmith, don't give the child an 'excuse' such as, "I watched South Park" and it 'warped my mind' as a defense!!! That is just as ridiculous as the kids that blame 'songs' or 'music groups' for their felonies! I know what you mean, about it bordering on comedy, and that you are waiting for someone to say, "April Fool", but unfortunately, this is how bad the world has gotten!!!

You can call me Shane. I mask the seriousness of this problem with humor. I really am waiting for follow up on this story. Fox and CNN just keep explaining the plot, show the weapons confiscated and explain it was because one of the girls in class was yelled at for standing on a chair. They haven’t said that the class was all special needs kids. I got that from snagging a local Waycross report.
What isn’t getting said is that don’t you think that Hyper-A.D.D and kids with other coping problems are just used to getting yelled at and are always getting peeled off the walls. Reports say from 9 to 11 kids each were ready to carry out a specific job on this teacher. This teacher has taught special needs kids for years. What set off this bunch? I am not creating excuses; I am saying dig a little deeper and please give us more details on this story. Did the entire third grade special needs class plot this on their own or was there outside influence? Hardly anyone has said anything good about the kid that ratted out the plot over the weekend. If the good kid is rewarded for doing the right thing the entire class in the small town of Waycross will forever hold this kid as The Class Rat rather than the kid that saved this teacher a lot of pain. My wife and I keep wondering, if they could get handcuffs, they could get a gun! Which parent is missing a set of Handcuffs? The news can’t just leave us like this. What bothers me worse is that I can see being proud of these special needs kids as a group for pulling together and making a commitment on a class project!
