For Neill or Cluck For
Luck!
Do not watch this video mash-up if you don’t like R Rated stuff!
I think it is amazing how both news teams, the morning and evening teams pull these 10 to 12 hour shifts five or
six days a week and put on two to five hours of LIVE news all week long. They all have extra-curricular talents after
work. The anchors and crew must be dead dog tired but when it is Show Time they
shine. Crazy hours must make family life
a huge challenge. On top of the
pressures to sell the show and always come up with interesting news, there is
always some critic that wants to point out every flaw. How do the anchors plow through the scripts
without completely laughing crying or getting mad? This last week brought some interesting
mash-ups for my funny bone and some huge points for Neill Mcneill and Julie
Luck for keeping their cool while people bite off noses, paint Giant Chickens
and Squeal like pigs. Sometimes chairs
just fall apart! Personally, I may just punch out the touch screen the anchors
use that has a mind of it’s own.
I am beginning to believe I know what they are thinking before the
story comes out. Before The Giant
Chicken Caper, I would bet Julie Luck was thinking, “Please Don’t Make Me Read
This Story”! Personally I think the
Chicken artist did a good job and they didn’t trash the lighted billboard. When the Pig Calling champion comes on with a
title “Squeal Like a Pig Girl,” with a Deliverance closing, my imagination goes
wild. I had to add some extra
sound-effects to the mix. I love
it! So I thought after all that pressure
all day, all year, I wonder what the crew does to blow off steam. They may go out to a club and join The Kids
in The Hall for some fun! However in
this Mash-Up there is no escape for the Fox 8 Team.
Do not watch this video mash-up if you don’t like R Rated stuff!

It is very hard to pick a category here because bar none,
Bello Nock is the Greatest Athlete one may ever Watch. However he is also The Greatest Entertainer
one may ever see. I may just post in
Both Sports and Entertainment.
My friend Bello Nock, http://bellonock.com/, is the most
versatile athlete one could ever meet.
He is also a very gifted Entertainer and has been voted America’s #1
Clown by Time Magazine. Bello raised the bar for all professional
clowns by incorporating his daredevil skills into his act. Even before the demise of James Brown I
always said that Bello
is the hardest working man in show business.
A photographer from CBS in Dallas
catches Bello Nock walking The High Wire 100 feet over the Dallas skyline. Bello
was surrounded by top notch talent. When
you hear Bello
say “Nick, I know you can hear me,” he is talking to another famous wire
walker, Nick Wallenda. Nick currently partners with Bello
in Bello’s
amazing design, The Double Wheel of Death. Nick is also a seventh generation
Circus Performer from The Flying Wallendas. Nick’s family has endured various
tragedies over the years, including a famous 1962 pyramid crash in Detroit which left two
performers dead and one paralyzed. Karl Wallenda died in a 1978 fall from the
wire in San Juan, Puerto
Rico.
As Bello
completes his walk he tells his family he loves them. He also thanks Kenneth and Nicole Feld,The
American Airlines Center, AT&T Center, Victory Plaza, The American Heart
Association and most important to Bello Nock, The one and only Jesus Christ.

Blog Bending the Light
The profile logo from a noobie blogger on Fox 8’s Blog made
me think how much I missed my old Album Collection.
http://tinyurl.com/bloginatorintro
Real Vinyl actually sounds better on the right system. Half inch tape is close, that’s why it’s a
good idea to save your VCRs if nothing else but for using the larger tape size
for audio. In the old days I used to
allow myself twenty to thirty bucks a week to buy albums. The Album Covers seemed more important
then. My excuse for losing all my vinyl
is that when I hit the road, I stayed gone for 20 years. On one of my pit stops all of my albums got
left behind and never returned. Since I’ve bought each album over two or three
times as the new media evolves. However
I miss the covers. I get a kick out of
The Battle of The Bands, a spoof on album covers coming to life. These albums look a lot like my old collection.
Because I don’t study the album covers anymore I don’t know the musicians names
in the bands I listen to now that have hits since the 80’s.
Here is the original Battle of The Bands.

Fox 8 WGHP TV's Julie Luck has a Nose for the News!
Coming up next, Fox 8 WGHP TV’s Julie Luck certainly has a nose for the news!
Don’t Blow Away!
I don’t know how the news team can get through as many stories as they do without having to stop. It’s a tragedy when a woman gets stuck on a toilet for two years and has to be surgically removed by firemen but how can you report that with a straight face? When the lesbian couple from Camp Lickalotta gets thrown out of the camp well what can one say? Julie Luck gets to read about a fight over a bicycle that results in a man losing his nose. Getting ones nose bit off has to be humiliating enough, but here comes The crew with a nose for the news. I am sure I am spelling his name wrong but Ozing’s
nose must have been oozing blood! The news crew must have been thinking, You can pick your News but you can’t Pick your Nose!!!!!
It’s certainly a dilemma when you can’t pick your nose
because you can’t
find your nose to spite your face to pick it (up off the
ground)! You aren’t entirely sure
whether your attacker ate your nose or your Dog swallowed your nose!
At the hospital the medics were heard saying:
“Whose nose is that?”
The reply:
“Who knows?”
"Give him a pair of these until we find a replacement."

Larry
Tilley 90 Degree Board on Fox 8 TV WGHP
The Fox 8 TV WGHP news and Blog team do good for
people. They really know how to make
viewers become part of the news. The Web
Team makes discussing news and current events possible and the TV crew knows
how to make a person feel important. I
was really impressed 7/29/08 when Van Denton the evening Meteorologist went out
of his way to mention Larry Tilley had given him an idea. Van had a subtitle and a new layout for Larry
Tilley’s 90 degree board and thanked him for the idea. Then the anchors Neill McNeill and Julie Luck
went on to mention they wanted a board named after them. Van Denton had time left to mention his Son’s
Birthday. I have no idea if Larry Tilley
has access to video or not but thought he might like to save the clip. So I
made time to cut this for him.
Anyone that knows Larry can download the clip from here:
http://tinyurl.com/larrytilley90degreeboardonfox
I cut it in .avi .mpg and .wmv. There are five videos because I cut three
different formats with a subtitle and two extra without a subtitle. If Larry wants a DVD so he can play it on his TV have him
shoot me an e-mail to the address in my
Fox profile.

Knight's

If you are having problems getting the video to play, please click on the blue hyper-link title just above the video.
I’ve passed his shop
1,000 times always resisting temptation to just “Browse”. Tex Knight of Knight’s Cycles,
drop.io/knightscycles,
doesn’t play
fair! He is always putting one of his
creations out on the curb of the road just begging you to come in and look at
it. The other day, I had to stop and ask
him if I could take some shots of his latest display! He has been building
Harley’s for thirty years. If you are a
rubber, Rich Urban Biker, you can go to any overpriced shop, but Knight’s
Cycles has affordable bike’s custom built to your liking. Tex
can keep your current bike running in top form.
When you come to his shop you get his personal attention. It’s like having your own private
mechanic. If you’re in the market for a
re-built bike in the Ten Grand range he can find one of those for you too! Now he has bike’s he refuses to sell and only
few can afford but he can get you on a bike when you are ready. I am almost there! I’ll be posting more of his work as I
can! It’s almost my turn to own one of
his Bikes! In the meantime my wife has
been considering a Scooter, especially after watching Scooterman all week on
Fox 8.

I spent some time
with Cody Aros and Athena this week as a Dog Sitter. Athena is the jet black female already owned
by Marty.
Athena came from
Kelly’s Shepherds and was featured on The MyFox WGHP Blog.
http://tinyurl.com/5lr5vp
I am telling you
this because you will see three different dogs in these videos. It would be best if Cody and Aros were
adopted together. These dogs love each
other and play well with Athena. Aros
the male is a real charmer and doesn’t want to leave your side. Cody needs a very patient special person. Cody
is still skittish. I got her to take two
pieces of hot dog from my hand which was an accomplishment. When she went for the third, the air
conditioning unit kicked in just as she was taking a bite and frightened her. Someone with time could have her eating from their
hand in no time.
If you can’t get a
quick response from Noble you can leave me a phone message here: My name is Shane.

If you are having problems getting the video to play, please click on the blue hyper-link title just above the video.
Here is the scoop on Aros and Cody:
Aros is about 5 years old and is a purebred German import. He comes from
champion lines, but he was turned in because, according to the breeder ... he
has no drive. That sounds fishy-so I don't know what the scoop really is, but
he does look like a champion import line. He hates cats, was kicked by a horse
recently, and has a very large prey drive/not play drive (so he likes to kill
squirrels, but not chase a ball) ... but we'll work on that. He can sit (
sitz), down (platz), stay (bliphe), and heel (foos). He does well at the park
and in the house and car. He is an excellent deterrent to crime since he looks
like a killer ... but he is just a big baby. Now .... He needs a very alpha
owner because if he does want something, he will use all his 80 pounds to get
it (like the cat and squirrels). With an alpha owner, he is a big baby. He just
had mouth surgery to remove a canine and some molars that were broken by the
horse kick, he has a few cysts that the vet was going to take care of then (one
on his left neck, one on his lower back, and one on one of his sides), but
didn't get to because the surgery was so long. Nothing to worry about, they
just need to be excised by the vet.
Cody is a Ferrell girl. They don't know much about her except that she looks
like a coyote and is about 7 mths old. Animal control wanted to put her down
because they thought she could never live with people in a house. Wrong! She is
scared of everything and needs Aros around to protect her. She has had
accidents in her crate when she is scared, but basically is housebroken. She
loves her crate and as long as she has access to it, she is fine.

Marty threw a party at Rosewood Farm for her friends that have
a Gluten Intolerance. It’s nice not to have
to worry about what to eat, but when you have a problem with Gluten each meal
is specially planned. Eating out is
almost impossible without calling the restaurant ahead of time. Even eating food at home can be very
expensive. One of the people at the
party became very excited when they found out that they could have a Ball Park
Hot Dog! This person explained they hadn’t
had a Hot Dog in years!
Although it seemed to be 100 degrees in the shade, those
that attended had a great time. Marty
was disappointed however, that a special kid didn’t show up. This kid told Marty that they would like to
go to a picnic just like “Regular People”. Personally, I had a great time. I couldn’t tell the difference in the Burgers
Hot Dogs and other snacks served. Pony rides were available and Bert the Horse
was The Star. A couple of the regulars were seen jumping their Horses. I hope she does it again when the weather
cools.
From Marty:
Celiac
disease occurs when a person does not have the enzymes to digest
wheat, rye or barley proteins. These proteins literally pack the villi of the
small intestine down so the person does not absorb any nutrients. So, a person
suffering from this will have many various GI symptoms and vitamin deficiencies
until diagnosed. Many Celiac's are misdiagnosed with many other syndromes that
explain the symptoms (IBS, migraine, allergies, anemia, B12 deficiency, stress,
etc.), but don't fix the problem. Many Celiacs are finally diagnosed when they
have so much damage to their system that they have to undergo surgery for GI
repair. There is no pill to fix this condition; you must just give up gluten
for life.
The
problem with a person not being able to eat gluten is that it is in EVERYTHING.
Most of the additives and preservatives on the market are gluten based. So, you
have to be able to read labels and identify all the ingredients in order to not
be exposed. If exposed, the symptoms will come back and actually damage you GI
system again.
Our
cookout today was for a get together, but was mainly for the kids. Children
with Celiac are set apart from their peers. They can eat in school cafeterias,
they can go out for pizza after a ball game, and it is difficult. So, we
planned an event for the kids to have fun and eat GF too! They had a ball so it
was well worth it.
Our
group is very helpful for celiac because we get together and have gluten free
dinners and try to help other newly diagnosed learn to read labels and figure
out what is safe to eat. There is a lot of bad information out there on the
internet so it is confusing. I can't remember our initials (NCPTGIG I think),
but we are affiliated with the national GIG group. Our consumer guide is VERY
helpful to celiacs. I just convinced to start a website, so that will be
coming soon!

Ball Girl Catch Hoax or Not!

I may have been used. Trying to make a point about the little
League All-Stars on Alan H’s “Oh Please” Blog,
http://tinyurl.com/3mcayc,
I found out I
may have been used. This completely
distracts me from the Blog thread so I thought I would get extra opinions here!
I googled ball girl catch hoax and got a ton of stuff but haven’t seen the Gatorade
commercial yet.
On the better video I can
see the ball drop from the top of the video frame into her glove. She then gives the left fielder an underhand
throw and sits down. I can see the ball enter her glove on the catch and leave
her hand on the toss. I cut video and
know that it is very hard to time the sportscaster’s audio with the timing of
the catch. If it is not a GREAT CATCH
then it is certainly GREAT VIDEO EDITING.
I just hate getting used!
