MORTGAGE HELP FROM FEDS- I CAN HELP!!!!
It is a great thing the FEDS will help with all the foreclosures America has faced and is continuing to face.
But first let me "BLEEP-VENT".
Most Americans would not be facing foreclosure if the Real Estate agent/broker had not convinced inexperienced home buyers to purchase more home than they could afford. Once the buyer was persuaded to buy their dream home, they were told the payment would be @xxx.xx, and their FIXED RATE would be between 6 and 8%, and the closing date was set. Before the closing date the buyer would give notice to vacate present resident, register kids in new school, move utilities etc (in most cases).
Closing date arrived, all parties are gathered, papers being signed...the buyer notices the RATE is an ARM (Adjusted Rate Mortgage)...the buyer questions this, the agent/broker tells them "oh don't worry. 6 months to a year, you can refinance with that fixed rate....For now it gets you in your dream home."
ARM's were great for the economy at the time...but Jane and Joe can make the $xxx.xx payment now...but 6 months or so the ARM is due and the mortgage payment just increased another $100.00 a month. ANYWAY..before long, the payments cannot be made.
YES I know there is a little more to the above...but you get the gist.
Home owner tries to communicate with the mortgage company and the suggested solution still does not help.
In my career ....YES I save people's home from foreclosure , one of the biggest problems is the terminology and knowing the differences in the types of programs and following up with the mortgage company. The mortgage company does not want your home..nor do they expect you to pay the amount you are totally behind. There are proven methods.
MY BIGGEST PROBLEM IS SEEING HOMEOWNERS TRYING TO RAISE THEIR FAMILIES, DOING THE RIGHT THING, AND KEEP THEIR HOME...AND PAYING A MORTGAGE OF WHICH THE BALANCE DOES NOT DECREASE...IT INCREASES!!!!

send election-year help to distressed homeowners with economic issues
topping voters' concerns.
The plan lets homeowners buckling
under mortgage payments they can't afford keep their homes and get more
affordable mortgages backed by the Federal Housing Administration.
Banks that agreed to take substantial losses on those distressed loans
could avoid costly foreclosures and be assured of recovering at least
some money.
The new program would let the FHA insure as much as $300 billion in new
mortgages, helping an estimated 400,000 homeowners."

MAMA MUST HAVE SLAPPED JESSE JACKSON

Jesse Jackson once again must have been slapped by Mama; that must be his only LAME EXCUSE for the comment he made pertaning to Obama. His explanation for all the comments (open big fat mouth, insert both his feet), is always blamed on the mic, and a private conversation........
I believe most REVEREND'S, private or public conversations do not use the language REVEREND JESSE JACKSON does.
REVEREND JESSE JACKSON should remove REVEREND in any association with his name. CAN YOU IMAGINE REVEREND BILLY GRAHAM saying any of the comments JJ has said?????????????????????????????????????????????
MAMA---SLAP REVEREND JESSE JACKSON TO IRAN AND DON'T LET HIM SPEAK PUBLICLY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
