       We need to give Ms Fair a raise, and put her back to work - we need a LOT more like her  -                                                 
                                                       
                                                       
               What a shame those poor,  underpriveliged,  pure-minded ,  lily- whte conscienced CHILDREN had to put up with their OWN SCHOOL TEACHER  possibly giving them a low grade in CONDUCT - the CEL phones probably didn't help -

     What IS the world coming to,  when you are at least partially responsible for  your own behavior ?

     I can only hope that these well grounded,  confident and secure young ADULTS, are not forever scarred by this traumatic experiencce.....

Speaking of the parents of the girl that taped the incident. I read the transcript of what the teacher had said so I was surprised when the mother of the girl turned it into a racial issue. During the teacher's outburst, she told the students that if they wanted to act "Ghetto" then she too would act "Ghetto." At no time did she make any comments about race. Now I have never lived in a ghetto but I have seen this type of area on news casts and I have seen all races living in these areas. Although I should not have been surprised but the mother's comments, I am surprised that Fox8 chose to air it or at least not to contradict her when she said it. I too like Fox8 but in this case they didn't serve the public as they should have.

You are all correct, friends - I did not realize myself that at the time, there WAS no racial import (less the pic of the teacher) -
The quality of the "recording ", plus the repeats and amplification of the same, makes it impossible to (me) the race, though the gender seems to be female-(pics of the PERPS)?
No, Ms. Fair doesn't appear to be from the GHETTO (why is that a SACRED THING now )?

There is nothing racial about the ghetto unless you detail the type of ghetto example Trailer Park or projects etc. Some folks need to get out more! If your Car or 4wheeler cost more than your rent you might be in the ghetto!

One's race, age, color, blah, blah, shouldn't (automatically) be an indicator of one's innate STUPIDITY -
Some are learning that, - I don't know if it's enough to go around - all the GROWN UPS can do is pray -

It's Time to tell the truth Dr. Fair!
First of all, I am a student of Dr. Fair at Smith Hight and I was present on the day of this incident. I sat in the classroom and observed this entire charade as it quickly unfolded. Let me begin by stating that I liked Dr. Fair as a teacher and really think she had good intentions for the most part. However, my feelings were DEEPLY hurt when I witnessed her go off in a tirade and began to yell, scream and curse at us, for practically nothing.
I have read all of the blogs that everyone has so emphatically expressed on here and the truth of the matter is, I'm ashamed that most of you even call yourselves adults. Please note this blog is not meant to be a bashing of Dr. Fair, or a pat on the pat for any particular students, but I think it's time someone came forward and told the real truth.
On Thursday, November 8th in Dr. Fair's 3rd block music class, Ms. Raspbury's dance class students were instructed to join us in our class because their teacher had left school sick. Once everyone joined up in the music room, we were then asked to move to the band room because Dr. Fair's class did not have any heat. Soon after arriving in the class, administration called down to Dr. Fair to inform her that someone would be coming to relieve her of Ms. Raspbury's students. Dr. Fair immediately replied, "it's okay, I can handle it". (Dr. Fair you should have already made this fact known by now)

Then Dr. Fair asked the students of her class to show her our progress reports. Initially we didn't immediately respond because she was asking us to see gr
