From local acoustic pop band 3 feet up: We'll be having a CD release party at Irazu Coffee (3336 s. church st. burlington) on friday, october 10, 2008 from 8-10pm. not only can you get our newest (3rd) CD, but we'll perform the whole thing live! it's free to all ages and the coffee is really good there!

3 feet up will play a free show at the Depot Stage in downtown Gibsonville, NC on Saturday July 5th from 6-8pm. Bring the lawn chairs, the frisbee, the football, the kids, the dog, grandma and uncle Bob!

Weather permitting, we'll play at the human rights torch relay at the Durham farmers market pavilion on yes, mother's day may 11. the thing goes from 1pm to 7pm and we play around 3-5pm.

in other news, we're about halfway done with our third CD (which will feature a new song called "Church Street") - all drum tracks are done as well as electric guitar tracks. all i need to do is record the acoustic guitars, the bass parts, the vocals and then mix it down & get it manufactured! hmmm, did i say halfway?
